By using Moto X3M you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and written to be read.
1. Free personal use
The site and every game on it are free for personal, non-commercial play. You may link to any page. You may not resell access to the site, scrape it wholesale, or rehost its pages as your own.
2. Games belong to their developers
All games are the property of their respective developers and publishers (for example, Moto X3M is © MadPuffers). This site embeds browser builds for play; it does not claim ownership of any game. Rights holders can request removal at any time via the DMCA page.
3. Your save data is your responsibility
Game progress is stored in your own browser. Clearing site data, playing in private/incognito mode, or switching devices will lose it. We cannot restore lost saves, because we never have a copy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site or the game hosts, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to hammer the service. That's it.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". Games may occasionally break, change or be removed — including at a rights holder's request — without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including lost save data.
6. Changes
